Well this is a tough one! I reckon if you hit yourself on purpose you should probably just not do that…
but to answer properly I think this boils down to being either mentally or physically stronger. Your brain is programmed to try and protect your body from being hurt, so trying to hit yourself is an automatic conflict. In terms of becoming physically strong maybe just hit the gym, not yourself!

Hmmm I remember my little brother asking me this one.

First I told him not to do it! Then I told him to think about what would happen if he punches a wall. If it hurts does it mean the wall is strong or is he weak?

Feeling pain is not a weakness, humans have evolved over millions of years and pain is one of the things that keeps us alive. There are certain diseases where you can’t feel pain and it can be quite dangerous. So since you aren’t weak the answer must be strong!
