• Question: How confident are you with your work?

      Good question! Some things I do which have a lot weighing on them (like finding a good treatment plan for a particular patient) do take a lot of time to become confident with, and even then there are some cases where you still need to ask others for their views. In general I’d say I’m at the point now where I’m confident with the role I’m in, which might mean that I should begin to look for additional responsibilities. The NHS healthcare science training scheme I did was very good, in that it gave me time to study and train in the right balance so that I can be fairly confident in my work.
